1988 Mariner misses on high speed

I replaced coil,wires and a portion of fuel line that was rotted Carbs look dirty how can I clean them without removing them frome the motor???

well if you want to clean the carbs you pretty much have to take them off because they have to be disassembled to be cleaned just cleaning the outside wont change anything. just make sure you put them back together the way they came apart
