So if I have learned anything so far I the exhaust exits through the prop, but at idle on the lake the other day the waves crashing into the transom and up on the engine cowl...it was sounding like it was hitting exhaust and making smoke....does this sound normal? Does the motor exhaust higher up when at idle?
