Can anyone help me with this one. I was cranking my engine trying to start it and it just quit cranking. The assist solonoid would click quietly and that was it. Battery is charged and in good shape. The outdrive would also no longer raise or lower. The solonoid would click when I tried this too. I checked all fuses and finally replaced the assist solonoid. Since the outdrive would not go up and down figured it was not the starter. When I replaced the solonoid the outdrive would now go up and down. Then I cranked the engine and the solonoid clicked loudly but nothing happened. Now the outdrive won't go up and down again and the solonoid only clicks. Any advice?
