Just completed the restoration of the subject boat. I paid $750 with trailer and have invested about $1500 more. She runs and looks great IMHO.

New parts included:
Battery, starter, fuel pump, carb rebuild kit, outdrive water pump, tachometer, slave solenoid, shift cable, fuse holders, switches.
I had to make a significant repair to port and starboard box stiffeners.

She has the 2.5L 120 HP engine and Mercruiser outdrive. Does 25 mph at 3000 RPM and 30 mph at 3600. I have not had it any faster. A comparable boat of 16 feet with a 90 HP new is about 14 thousand with trailer. I am proud of her!

I bought the same boat as yours! By the way great job!!!! I have a couple of questions, 1 the floor on mine is worst than yours, did you replace plywood an fiberglass over top? Seats you used are they reg are did you have to build up off floor? Outter she'll what did you do to make it shine? My gas tank had to be pulled, found leak was in gas line! Thanks for reply! I was in VF-11 on board USS Forrestal 1968-1971!
