1989 25hp fuel pump diagram

I recently acquired a 1989 25hp electric start tiller motor. The previous owner said the fuel pump was bad. He said he tried to fix it...I think that is why it is bad. There were 2 parts to it in the bottom of the motor housing.

My problem is that I cannot find a diagram/schematic showing where all the plates and springs go. Can anyone help?

Does anyone have a digital service and/or owner's manual they can send me?

The motor has good spark, and 120-125 compression on both cylinders. I figure the problem could be the fuel pump, or the carb is dirty. Neither should be hard to fix.

Personally I would just install a new pump. Wise and inexpensive investment in my humble opinion. Have replaced and also rebuilt myself over the years. Usually keep the rebuild as a spare.
You should be able to rebuild from the already supplied diagrams.
Just my thoughts though and good luck with it.

Thanks for the replies. that diagram is very helpful. I wish it was a bit clearer, but It should be useful.
