I want to replace the fluid in my TNT, it's never been serviced in 15 years and the system lately has needed a little nudge in cold weather to get going (not an electrical problem). Otherwise the TNT works great.

My 72-89 Clymer manual shows a different unit than I have. My 89 must be a later model than the manual illustrates.

Engine Serial Number 0C203430

My system appears to have only one large screw/plug at the base of the motor on the right side, facing rearward and at an upward angle. Looks like about a 7/8" socket will fit over it. The ram is on the left side.

On the top of the motor there are 5 small stainless phillips screws, one on each corner and one near the middle.

There is a small metal tag on top of the motor with the number 39075 stamped into it.

There are no numbers on the ram. On top of the ram there are two very small recessed phillips screws, one on either side of the shaft. These scream don't touch.

The motor housing is plastic, the ram housing is metal.

The left side engine mounting bracket p/n is 3508-9570. The right hand side engine mounting bracket part number is 3507-9570.

There are no fluid leaks. The system runs smoothly up or down. I just want to flush out the old fluid and put in some fresh stuff.

How do I do this? keller@buckeye-express.com

Thanks
