1989 Doral Tara

hey everyone, i have a remarkabaly clean 1989 Doral Tara.
looking for any advice on updating the cabin/boat.....ive pondered removing the head and opening up some space, but not sure thats the right decision, options for new counter tops? the headliner sagged, its currently holding up with some spray adheasive, going to be doing bellows and shift cables this spring, any other routine maintenance or good to replace parts while the outdrive is off?

basically any advice would be appreciated

I don't really have much for you in the way of suggestions, other than you look through the forum and see what the members have done to their boats and maybe glean some ideas from there...

I really just wanted to say that is one nice looking rig you have there and whatever you decide to do to upgrade, modify or renew on it, you are in the right place for the info you'll need to get it done right...

As far as anything engine/drive related...check the engine part of the forum and find your particular setup and fire off your questions there...there are tons of really knowledgeable guys ready, willing and able to point you in the right direction with your powerplant...

The other suggestion would be to post up lots of pictures of the areas of the boat you want to modify/rebuild, along with approximate dimensions...so the guys here can help you come up with a plan...

I'll be tagging along to see what develops...
