1989 Evinrude 100 switching mid section with a 135 hp

This is just a curious, silly question. I have a 1989 100hp. I have a 1978 135hp that for whatever reason I want to use mid section. Is there any advantage/disadvantage for doing this? I think it’s direct swap.
