1989 J70TLCEM dropping cyl.

When cold starting the 70 is not firing on one cyl. If I speed it up after a bit it will pick up the cyl. and idle OK. After the engine is warmed up it runs OK. Back firing through carbs!!

Any chance the misfiring cyl is the bottom one?

Found that one of the offices had been drilled out.
