I've periodically posted and asked a few questions in a couple different posts but here is everything done and a few pictures of along the way. I unfortunately got lazy taking pictures toward the end but here's some proof it was done!

Thanks for posting pics! Im in the beginning stages of the same project. Did you use plywood or solid boards for your stringers? what thickness?

I used 2 12' 1"x 8"s cut to fit. the original stringers the I removed were 1x6s not any kind of plywood so thats what I replaced them with. I wanted to raise the deck height to make the ski locker deeper thats why I went with 1x8s. the original fiberglass that covered the stringers was paper thin and they really skimped on the resin as they got towards the transom. I probably used more cloth and resin then was necessary, but I don't plan on doing this job again any time soon.
