1989 Merc 135 ?

I wanted to see if any one could tell me how many rpms i should be hitting at WOT and also what the compression on each cylinder should be. Thx

5000 to 5600 RPM at WOT the higher number is better. 120 lbs. or better and within 10% of each other.
