Hello to All who Read : I have a new to me 1989 Merc 9.9 2 stroke motor that I am needing to change the impleer on. I am encountering a problem removing the bottom end and the restriction appears to be the shift linkage. Is there something I am missing or does some one have a drawing that can be shared to reflect the disconecting of the shift cable to allow for the bottom end to be lowered?
