199 Evinrude 15hp 4stroke oil level increases to overflowing

The oil level in my 1999 Evinrude 4 strike 15hp increases to the point of overflowing out the dipstick hole. I have ensured that the correct amount was used when the oil was changed and that there is no evidence of water or cloudiness in the oil. This problem occurs after just a few hours of use. I would guess about 10-15 hours.
