Cut yourself a slice of soda can the length of the outside circumference and the hight of the bush and and pack it in behind the bush .....if that dont work put 2 i
I already installed the motor but not the drive.
Is there any issue if I leave it like this?
Again the plastic bushing sleeves when in pretty tight to the wall of the swivel bracket. The king pin itself has a little play in those 2 bushing bearing sleeves. So how can I fit anything on the back of those when the play is b3tween the king pin and the plastic bearing sleeve?
I didn't know you have to Jerry rig it.
I really don't want to remove it again if it's not
mandatory. Why the heck is there the play. The king pin is authentic and m e assures exactly like the original.
The sleeves are new so I don't know if the ID is larger 5han the older ones. I measured and maybe 0.05 maybe.
I inserted the older king pin and it also has play.
I have not packed the swivel bracket with grease yet. That might tighten it up maybe.
Again is there a problem to leave it is?

So I measured the ID for the new bearings is around 28.80..
The old bearing is 28. 28mm.
So 0.6mm bigger on the new ones. The old and new king pins are the same diameter and outside diameter of the old and new bearings also measures the same.
