1990 200 hp Yamaha...opinions

Looking at a Grady that has this motor on it.Looks fresh in and out,runs well with compression 110-115 all around.I am Johnnyrude guy with a 150 Oceanpro being the oldest I have ever owned.I am a little apprehensive with the age.Current hours are unknown but dealer maintained and getting it at a good price.any uplifting opinions about the motor??

Would all depend on the motor's use, maintenance record, fresh or saltwater use.....and last but not least, a sea trial demonstrating motor's ability to cold start, idle, slow speed, mid range and wide open throttle showing a fully loaded and trimmed up 5500 RPM's.....The price of the boat/motor rig should reflect the motor's 25 year age.....

Yes well aware of the obvious.Looking for opinions on that particular motor,perhaps from someone who has owned one or services them.

They are an excellent motor, no real issues I highly recommend.
