1990 4.3 wiring diagram

Changed motors due to a cracked block, same engine but don't know where a single wire goes, if someone knows where a 4.3 wiring diagram would be, be much help. The color of the wire is solid light blue, it's joined in a sleeve with a white wire with a blue stripe on it, that's connected to the back of the distributor. Boat will not fire. thx for any help.

engine serial number for the correct manual,, type of ignition and fuel system

Engine serial number is 0c775123, thunderbolt IV ignition, quadrajet 4bbl, 1990 Glascon LX

Not used for TBIV base timing mode.purple /white and tan/blue are not used in this manual. Only one I have available
Do you have 12V at the + side of the coil?
shift interupt (alpha )
bad/shorted tach (grey wire)
