1990 4.3L cobra exhaust manifold replacements

Looking to replace my existing batwing exhaust manifolds. Have seen the GLM and Osco brands. Both have 1991 & newer models. What's the difference pre-1991?

Is there a difference in the manifold OMC vs Mercury or will this lower portion bolt to either? Is the only difference in the riser/size of outlet? Someone has the GLM manifolds for sale locally but they are for Mercury. Could I use the manifold and get an OMC riser?

Ayuh,.... At the motor, they're the same,... at the outlets, Nope, 'n accessory holes probably ain't the same...
