changed power pack, coil, trigger coil cleaned carbs still no full speed. ground brown wire to temp sensor and motor shuts off, disconnected brown wirw from power pack still no top speeed any ideas?
"cleaned carbs" like "good spark" aren't too useful when problems indicate poss. ignition issues or carb issues. Start by posting model number to narrow things down. Then talk about methods for carb cleaning and spark testing (test of magneto output/strength).
and... is this a new sudden problem or.... a slow progressive problem over time ? How is the boat underside ...crusted up or clean ?
