Recently purchased a 60 Evinrude with VRO. Want to mix the gas and oil. Was told all I had to do was plug the oil line at the front of the lower cover and disconnect the 3 wires from the VRO. Is this correct or do I need to replace the pump? Also, can someone tell me where I can purchase a factory repair manual.<br />Thanks,<br />Phil
