by far the best way to make a 90 into a 140HP is to go to a dealer and ask for a trade in. This has been covered many many times over the years, some models are doable at reasonable cost (as long as you 100% know what you are doing) some are more than the cost of a trade in and purchase, and some just can't be done! a lot are done and all you end up with is a very bad performing Motor with less HP than you started with, some are done and the owners claim huge differences (mainly in the smaller HP) but most I reckon is in their minds, so the choice is yours! do not be tricked into believing it is "just the carbies", you will be sadly dissappointed!
