1990 Bayliner 3888 Window paint

I just purchased a 1990 Bayliner 3888 . The windows are currently black and appear to be some sort of metal (aluminum). I have been told they are anodized aluminium but I am not sure. Is there any way I can paint the windows?

I obviously forgot to post that it is the frames to the windows not the actual windows
