Just bought a 1990 Bayliner Capri with a 90hp outboard. My initial assessment after the clean up is the floor will have to be replace, seats, bulkheads, and stingers. I just restored my 1973 trihull Invader last summer, but this Bayliner will be a challenge. I found some articles in here with the same type of restoration, but I'm looking for a "where to begin" tutorial lol. I'm really hoping I can get this boat ready for April, but all in all, the motor and trailer are worth the 800 I spent. Any suggestions?

I think you're a bit optimistic on your timeline. Deck, Stringers, Bulkheads and seats all done by April will be a challenge. These two links will get you started...

"Fabricating Decks, Stringers, and Transoms"

I'd drill core samples of the Transom too! If the Stringers and Deck are bad, there's a real good possibility that the transom will be bad too!!!;)

April? Thats not far off, but seeing as there will still be over 3 feet of ice I think you have lots of time.
You are restoring pretty much the same boat my buddy did. It took us the better part of the winter, and the entire summer! But maybe we drink more beer than work.
Anyway, you will need to get the transom replaced as well. This one leaked at the rub rail and the transom was mush after we got the fiberglass removed. The fiberglass wasn't really sealed well on this boat. Just bare matt in places.
We pulled everything out, then braced the hull and took the cap off and started grinding.

I will post pics for you all tomorrow. I will be able to spend about 6 hours every evening from now until June. I think I can get it done. Cleared with the wife and she wants it done. I will be posting a lot of questions and pics if you don't mind. This is my second boat to do, but really my first time really posting on here.
