1990 Cobia/Robalo?

I own a 1990 Cobia SS215. I was told that Cobia and Robalo were the same company from 1990 thru 1993, and the SS215 has a Robalo hull with a Cobia top. It is center console with an added T-top. It came new with a 130 hp Yamaha. Thanks to anyone who can help with this question.
