Working on my 225 etxd ,prime start system,rebuilt pump,still hard to start cold.Took out themo sensors,cleaned pocket,claned all connection,still hard to start first thing in the morning.Checked plungers by applying voltage,they moved O.K. Is there something I am missing ? Read most all other post on prime start,I know it should be just turn the key and go!! I cannot find a good diagram breakdown so as to see if the pump was reassembled coorectly. My mannual does not go into detail on prime start for some reason or another!! Does this pump have the spring and spring cap in it?? And If so were for sure does it go inrelation to the pump diafram,towards the front of pump or???? Or beakdowns such as on manufactor shows no spring and spring cup.What is up? Spring or no spring.Thanks.
