It seems to be required to remove the bottom bracket circled in red in the photo in order to remove the airbox cover and gain direct access to the carbs for fogging. I was considering fogging through the intakes in the second photo but I wasn't sure if there was a filter in there and feel I won't get adequate coverage. Is this the only way or am I going about this wrong?
Also, when running the boat at idle speed hooked up to hose and a dual flow flusher it's very difficult to get the water to cycle through the motor. I've adjusted the water pressure thinking that might have something to do with it without much luck. It seems hit and miss if it's going to work for me. When I actually put the boat in the water and start the motor the water starts flowing nearly immediately. Any tips?
Thanks.
