1990 OMC V4 ?'s

Hello,
I've got a new (to me) motor.
1990 OMC V4 two stroke.
Boat is a 1990 19' Custom Craft w/ walk through window.

I need some basic info on it until I get a manuel.
First, is a manuel for this motor easy to find?
Is there a manuel for the boat as well?

What's the gas to oil ratio for this motor?
What test gas should I use?
Is there a way to lube the thottle cables? The single lever, side mount controler is pretty tight and hard to manage. I asume that the cables can be lubed. It's been sitting for about a year.
What's the best gas stablizer?
What's the best gas additive for cleaning the carbs?

The steering is pretty hard to manage too. It's got an oil resevior right there at the wheel.
What should i use there?

Good motors..
What HP is it? 115?

50:1 gas mix with 87 octane
grease the zerks on the tilt tube and engine bracket.
The cables...depends on what you have..
Oil tank at the helm..i have no idea unless its hydraulic steering...
Only way to clean the carbs is removal and take them apart.
Seafoam fuel cleaner in the gas may help if they are only slightly dirty.

Factory manual is the only way to go...
get the model off of the tag on the transom bracket..

Is a 140 HP.
Zerks? Are those grease nipples?
what kind of grease?
