I reasently picked up a 1990 spectrum 24' pontoon it's one of the funny shaped ones. It has a 1990 Mercury 275 on a hydrolic jack plate. My question is after around 24 mph it becomes impossible to handle. I have read on here where a man has had one running 30 plus with out noting a problem. I'm new to this stile boat I have tried running with the motor in every position I can think of with no better results. I appreciate any ideas.
