I dont kjnow if this is a good place to ask this or not but here goes. I have a chance to buy a 1990 sunbird bowrider with a 2.3 ford omc cobra someone stole the guys outdrive off from this boat and cut the cables he wants 800.00for boat motor and trailer. Is this boat worth it and how much do you think it will cost me to replace the outdrive. Do you think it would be worth while to strip out the engine and build a mount on the back and put an outboard on it or am I being foolish should I just keep looking for something diferent?
