1990 V4 Looper wont take throttle. Been laying around for 2 years.

I doubt any one would be so foolish as stopping fuel going to any cylinders on a 2 stroke.----That would also deprive those cylinders of needed oil !!-----But these days you never know with owners of fine outboard motors.-----They do amazing things to them.

Honestly the guy i bought it from was as we say over "Not the full shilling " So it wouldn't surprise me that he would be as daft as to do this. But how else would 2 Main Jets manage to unscrew them selves from their seats. If they were not in the correct position fully seated then there would be no or hardly any fuel in the cylinders, which would make sense as to why the plugs showed some fuel but not enough to make them fire properly ??
I just cant wait now to get back up to the boat to see if she runs now.
