I recently purchased a 1990 Venture Fish and Ski. I can find no information regarding this boat online, and i'm new to this type of boat (previous boat was a pontoon). I have a live well, with an Flow-Rite aerator, and Mayfair Basspirator pump. I also have a seperate compartment that appears to be the cooler (bottom has a water-funneling groove and drains to bilge, compartment is decently clean, decent size, etc). I also have a 3rd compartment, right above the livewell, that's significantly smaller than the cooler and livewell (about 14" long opening, approx 9" deep). There's no pump in this compartment, but there is a small drain hole. Any idea what the purpose of this compartment is? Attached is the compartment, along with the labeling on the underside of it's lid.
Again, i'm new to this type of boat. I've figured out how the livewell works, bilge pump w/float switch, etc, and just last night i poured water into the cooler and realized that's what it was, a cooler lol Sorry for the dummy questions. My last boat had seats and console, that was the extent of the gadgetry.
