power trim won't do anything. Just stopped after sitting for a week after a fishing trip. motor makes no noise, I've checked by pulling quick connect and jumping power to both sides. Nothing. I think it's the motor but here's the problem. motor is almost in total down position and I can't get it up.I've tried release screw, still won't move.
Does the repair & maintenance manual cover things like this and does anyone know what could be the problem?
