Motor specs to start off with:
1991 60 HP 3 Cylinder Evinrude TLEIB on a 16' Bass Tracker Nitro 160 TF
I am not a mechanic or I wouldn't be here but I am not motor retarded, I did a good bit of stuff to this motor over the winter to hopefully make her last longer but I think I broke something...I did the service bulletin to relocate the pee hole to the top of the block-success. I deleted the VRO and went pre-mix-hopefully not my problem, I know I did this right. I had her out 2 weeks ago and ran it hard, easy, just cruised around all day and it was great! Ran a lot better with the new t-stat since it didn't have one before when it ran like *** around the docks and idling, no more with the new and updated T-stat. Last run before I brought her in and this knocking kicked in and it lost power. It ran fine on the muffs when home with no knocking, so I put some gas in her and took it down to the dock today suspicious for problems tho. Ran ok for 10 seconds then started knocking again. Needless to say I didn't take it out. Good fuel, plugs that are 1 year old but only have 5 runs on them, no compression test yet. I am looking for some solid help so whatever else I can supply please let me know!

This one is the launch that seemed to do her in. I believe the tach is correct so I didn't overrev but it has been acting up this year so maybe it is bad and caused me to break something. The problems started right after I stoppped shooting video.

This was at the dock today. Since it sounded good on muffs wanted to try to take her out but 10 seconds after I started it the knocing was back. This vid is after I had it started already.
