1991 sea ray 310 electrical problems

I bought a 91 sea ray 310 sundancer and can't get the water to come out any of the sinks or toilet.It doesn't have a switch in the shore panel area,all it has is a water heater switch. I filled up the tank and turned on the switch on the dash that says water pump and got nothing.Does it have a valve or switch in the engine bay area?If I can't get it working or the pump is bad how can I drain or force it out so it don't freeze up?It's 40 gallons.After I filled it up with water I found the dock water supply in the back under the spicket but that operates on a different system don't it?It doesn't fill up that 40 gallon water tank does it?But I still need to know how to get it drained if I can't get pump to work.Is there a way to test the pump somehow?

Here is a pic of my shore panel on my 1991 310 sundancer.In previous post I talk about I can't get water pump on.But I don't understand what some of these switches are for?
The AC converter button,what does it do?
The red waste system control switch and the little black button to the left of it that says head system.Do these work together?I know it discharges waste somehow but that is all I know.
Then there is the reverse polarity light?What's that all about.
The generator button turns on the a/c.It doesn't have a generator.The receipt I found in file shows it was bought and put in later I guess and I think they wired it into that generator switch.
Please explain all this.I need some help on this.

The switch on dash turns water pump on, since it didn't come on it's either bad, blown fuse/breaker, switch is bad, pump is missing.

The pump should be close to the water tank

Need a voltmeter and start tracing voltages to see where it is and what it's not reaching

The panel is for 120VAC side, your water pump is 12V

Yes, as mentioned, the picture shows just the 120 volt side of your boat’s electrical system. Take a picture of your dash or wherever the circuit breakers are for the 12 volt side of your boat.
The Reverse polarity is just what it says it is. Wiring has both a hot and a neutral wire and they need to be wired in the proper sequence, when you look at a basic electrical plug, one blade is slightly larger than the other. Don’t recall which is which, but one blade is always hot and the other blade is always neutral. If you plug into a shore power outlet and it is wired backwards, the reverse polarity light will come on to warn you.
Hint: you tube videos are your friends. Just about any questions you have about your boat, someone (often numerous people) will have posted a video explaining how things work and how they can be repaired.
Back to your original water question, most likely, your water pump has failed and needs to be replaced. I’ve done it on 2 boats. First wasn’t too bad once I figured out how to do it. Second was very difficult and took 2-3 hours to do.
And yes, when you connect shore water to your boat, it bypasses the water pump, so you can get water to your faucets, heads.
