1991 Yamaha 115 HP Outboard

I understand that you can convert a Yamaha 115 HP Outboard to a Yamaha 130 HP Outboard by purchasing a specific kit. I think the kit consist of different carburators and other parts, but I am not sure. Has anyone done this or know how to do it? If so, where can you purchase the kit or necessary parts to achieve this goal?

both seem to use the same block assy that year so go hunt for parts like exhaust tubes and jetting that vary between the two.
but for 15HP its rather a waste of time and money.
but no HP upgrade kits.

RODBOLT beat me to it. Waste of time. You would probably never notice a difference. FRED
