In addition to the tilt and temp senders I ordered yesterday, today I ordered a siren for the overheat sender, plus a controller for the flashing light setup and fuses and fuse holders for the gauges.
Turns out that the little buzz from the throttle control that I heard while testing the other day wasn't from that throttle control. It was my GPS powering up and scanning for satellites! D'oh. So, as it turns out, I had no buzzer of any kind for the overheat temp sender. Yes, my hearing sucks!
Here's the siren I ordered. Should definitely do the job even at full speed, under the dash and over the engine and wind noise.
