I dropped my lower unit, changed the water pump went to stab it back and could not get it stabbed. Started looking and where the main shaft goes into the engine there looks to be a spacer that moves around. I think this is keeping the shaft from conecting. My other problem is that the spacer got shoved to the side and is stuck. Before it would move around very freely.
