1992 25hp mercury 25-30hp carb gasket

I just bought a 14' boat with a 1992 25hp mercury on it, carb needs rebuilding, ive been reading and found out if I add the 30hp gasket(tohatsu I think) i can get 5 more hp out of this motor, or around 7mph, ive done my research but the information isn't solid enough to get started, my question is what is the part number of this gasket? Also if anyone has a good link on a rebuild kit for this carburetor I'd appreciate it, im trying to stay away from the Chinese parts if I can help it, thanks

You cannot.put the 30 hp gasket on your motor, that only works on tohatsu built motors. Yours is a Mercury built motor it is only ever going to be 25 hp. Buy a Quicksilver or Sierra gasket set make sure you get the fuel pump and primer diaohragms.
