Motor needs 4 things to run.----Correct amount of fuel and air.----Crankcase compression.----Spark at the right time.----Compression in the cylinder.-----In my opinion it should be easy to determine where the issue is with this motor.-----Checked fuel pump diaphragm ?----Float valve ?-----High speed jet ?----Bottom crank seal ?----Plugged exhaust tube ?----Spark that jumps a gap of 3/8" on both leads ?----Flywheel key ?-----Hole in the crankcase by chance ?
