Did you thoroughly check the pins, sockets, and wires?
Pins or sockets, whatever connectors are being used...... something at those connections may not be making proper contact. Check closely all of the connectors between the timer base to the powerpack and from the powerpack to the coils. Pins and sockets have a habit of being pushed back, not making proper contact.... wires fray and break at the pins/sockets but look to be connected because they are stuck in the rubber plugs, etc.
