1992 Evinrude 200 xp

I have a 1992 Evinrude 200 XP. What should the dva voltage be on yellow stator wires at idle and what should it be for the tach wire pulse signal. Also what should the voltage be coming off of red reg/rectifier wire I'm testing the charging system my tachometer is acting up it jumps around at idle but settles in when I rev in neutral. Battery appears to be charging but Im not sure how to properly test that it's working correctly I have replaced power pack stator and reg/rectifier and want to get tach working right before I take it out on the water. I just need to know the dva readings for stator and tach signal and the output voltage from regulator to battery for charging. Thanks

should charge at 13.8 or 13.9 volts if the battery has a full or nearly full charge. Check for corrosion at all wired connections, starting with the battery cables.
