1992 evinrude 200xp wiring harness question

1992 evinrude 200xp. what are the 3 small connectors the tan female and one black male plug and one black female plug in the picture i posted used for its directly above where the motor harness plugs in to the control harness. i replaced the harness and the vro has been deleted but i only remember 2 plugs being unplugged, the tan and one of the black ones am i missing something . there is also a green plug in the vicinity thats not hooked up to anything

so im assuming they unhooked them after they disconnected the vro and i can leave unhooked theres nowhere to plug them in anyway? the green wire looks like its coming from the tilt and trim unit but no wire in sight to hook it to and tilt and trim is working fine
