Just spent $425 to have a new carb installed. Having the same issue intermittenly now. Engine will die out at idle. It idles around 1,000-11000RPM. If i lift the throttle lever up it will run (at a higher RPM obviously) but once i drop it down to normal it dies. I'm going to bring it back in to dealer. Any idea if the idle screw just needs to be turned up? frustrating.

If your idle is above 1000, it should not stall. It needs a full diagnostic review of all systems. The shop that installed the carb should be able to help you.
