1993 Evinrude 60 HP-SHAKES!

I have a 1993 Evinrude 60 hp 3 cyl. and it runs like a charm at high speeds but has the worst shake at idle and low RPMs. I have taken out the carbs and i am in the process of cleaning...also going to replace all fuel lines. Does this shake have something to do with the jets??? and where is the low speed jet? i can only see one that sits in the middle of the float with a smaller metal pipe in the middle. (dont know if it helps any...but it smokes alot when you first crank it up)

Check your timing.

i suggest you get someone, with more experience, as you haven't a clue what is what in that carb. that pipe is not a jet. i would check spark and compression before carbs.
