I know theres alot of topics on this but i am just curious if the fuel filter/water seperator interferes with oil mixture in the tank? dont know alot about this stuff but i disconnected the oil side of the vro on my 93 evinrude 175 and wanted to make sure that when i premix in the tank the filter and water remover wont take oil out of the gas also????

You're safe. Filters don't affect the pre-mix.

Thanks i finally got the carbs all cleaned and the boat running right today so i decided to bypass the vro before it fails and premix my gas. also will running it 40:1 instead of 50:1 foul plugs? i would rather have a lil more oil than not enough.

you will be fine. but 50:1 is good unless your going over 6K RPM.

A little more oil won't hurt anything.
