There is also a charge coil under there that can go bad. First check is to disconnect the black/yellow wire from the power pack and check for spark, if you have spark, then the problem is in the wiring, key switch or kill switch. If still no spark, then you will need to check the charge coil output. if the charge coil has proper output, then you need to check for output from the power pack. A manual will be needed to trace out the problem.
