Good timing Don! I just checked here again before I head out to the driveway to take a look at her again. As of right now, she starts up instantaneously in normal wiring mode. No jumpers or anything. But I still don't trust her. So I will begin the search for that lost voltage. I didn't think that was right. I will clean everything up real nice and get everything nice and tight and follow the path and see what I find. And I already have the real nuts on the batteries! I have seen your other posts regarding that and followed suit right away.

Sorry for the long overdue follow-up. I cleaned up all the connections in the ignition system that I could get to. Some crud here and there. Put my Fluke to work throughout the system. I found I was losing about 1 volt on the wire between the ignition key switch and kill switch. Cut off both connectors and replaced them with good insulated ones and gained a lost volt in the system there. Still a little lower than it should be at the coil but we are getting there. The search will continue. Running strong (knock on wood)!
