Does anyone know where can I find a wiring diagram for a 1993 Spectrum boat.

The chances of finding one are somewhere between slim and none, and are fairly generic in how they are wired. There are some generic wiring diagrams in the stickies at the top of this forum that can give you some basic color codes. What kind of a problem are you having, normally the diagrams don't help that much anyway.

But are you sure that is how your motor is setup? Not all Merc outboards use that system. Besides, do you know how to test that module? Are you sure you don't have an overheat alarm too?
Motor problems should really be posted in the Merc/Mariner forum, even if electrical. This forum is more for accessories and boat wiring, not motor wiring.

Yup this is the one, and yes I have read some information how to test the module by shorting the tan/blu wire, the alarm should go on, also it does have the heat sensor on it too. But now I know the module is good because its a new one so now I have to test the beeper alarm under the dash. I did not know how it was connected, now I do.....

No need to be sorry about anything.
Even if you had found the 1993 Spectrum 17 Footer Wiring Diagram you asked for, it wouldn't have included anything about the motor wiring. I was just pointing you in the right direction for the next time.
If you look in the Mercury forum, you can even find links to the service manual for your motor, but nothing for your boat.

Much appreciated, It is something I will not forget again to add oil, I was taking the grandsons for a boat ride before going fishing, and I was in a hurry for fishing lol, The alarm did not go on and ran out of oil. I rebuild the engine myself with a little help. Feels pretty good.

But I know this motor pretty good now.
