Hi All, Bought a Formula 23 with Twin 1993 140's (25 Shaft) first test run it went into SLOW mode , Ive replaced the Vernatherms and springs, didnt want to chance so installed gages on both engines. One engine is running 150 at idle, 112-120 at running. The engine that overheated originally, is running 150-155 at idle and 163 running, removed Therm from the Starboard side, as thats where gage sender is mounted and it fell to 104 (Lowest gage reads) . I replaced all Pump components also. If I understand, its actually a " Pressure relief" more than a therm? Any Ideas what to look for, also how does the cooling system work since each bank has its own thermostat?

Appreciate any input.

Seems to me we just went through this on the same motor. Just a few months ago. Have you tried the search feature?
