Hello Everyone,

This is my first time to post something and I apologize in advance if I entered it incorrectly or in the wrong trhead. I am asking for some advice on two separate topics. First, does anyone have any information on a Johnson 1994 250 outboard regarding mpg, reliability, etc and does anyone own a 1984 22' Grady White? Will anone give me some feedback on these two topics. You can email me as well at edit: Personal information not allowed in posts.
Ask to be PM'd.

Thanks,
RC

What do you want to know about the boat? My first boat was an 1985.

there are a lot of older Gradys still around being used, the majority are so good, and the owners like them, rather than buy a new boat, they just buy new motors and repower them.

MPG really isn't specific to a particular engine. Fuel burn per hour at various power settings is more easily described, and how many mpg you get will be a function of how fast the motor will push your boat at those power settings.

In addition to any help that members here might be able to provide, I recommend a general search on Google, Ask Jeeves, Yahoo, etc., with a search string that specifies the boat, motor & "fuel." You will probably come up with a useful web page or two.
