Anyone have a diagram for a 1994 4.3L? I have a 2 barrel with Alpha one rev 2 outdrive. The wiring on my new boat is a crime scene, trying to sort out what goes where and what has been hacked in over the years (also why a few of the gauges and oil pressure alarm do not work).

Thanks

Clymers and Seloc manuals are at best a knee pad. use the factory manuals.

the late great Don S stated that often. he forgot more than the factory manuals ever had in them, so I kind of take that advice to heart.

Now, the next question is where is the oil pressure alarm switch located? I've looked all over and can't find it,

Ayuh,.... It should be on the portside of the block, down low, just ahead of the oil filter boss,....

The other option is in the pressure port next to the distributor,....

There is one down low just above the filter, but that is the oil pressure cutoff switch for the fuel pump. I've also found the one that runs to the oil pressure gauge. I'm looking for the one for the one that ties in with the water temp alarm and runs to the buzzer under the dash. I'll have a look by the distributor.
